CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT: All appointments are requests until approved by Zen Beauty Lounge. The date and time selected are NOT guaranteed until you receive an appointment confirmation from us. Please do not come to the salon until your appointment has been officially accepted and confirmed. We also kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit. If you don't show, we'll charge the full remaining balance of the scheduled service to the card on file.
